Mehreen brings 20 years of experience as a Civil / Environmental engineer in sustainability and environmental management to her role as Academic Director, MBT. She has also been an MBT Course Coordinator and Facilitator since 2005. Mehreen has worked in diverse roles including as an academic and acting director of the Institute of Environmental Studies with UNSW, with multinational and local consulting firms and local government. Mehreen’s most recent role was Manager Environment and Services at Mosman Council.
Her research interests and areas of expertise include strategic planning and policy development, organisational change and capacity building, learning and teaching for sustainability, TBL reporting, social responsibility and corporate sustainability, tools for environmental management, integrated water and catchment management, stakeholder analysis and public participation in environmental decision-making. Mehreen is, and has been, a member of a number of panels and committees on sustainability, stormwater management for industry, local and state government and also has chaired a number of sustainability and waste management committees for local and federal government in Australia. Mehreen has co-authored a recently published book entitled ‘ Environmental Decision-making – exploring complexity and context’ (2009, Federation Press). This book is being used as core text for a number of environmental management courses in Australian Universities.

Felicity is the MBT Operations Manager. Her role involves all operations and business management for the MBT Program.
Felicity had been working at the Australian School of Business for 2.5 years prior to joining. She comes most recently from the AGSM MBA Programs and has 8 years experience in the tertiary sector.
Felicity studied History and Chinese as an undergraduate and Post Graduate Project Management as an online student at University of Sydney. |

Jacqui's role involves executive
assistance to the Director and liaison with Course Coordinators
and Class Facilitators, as well as maintaining the operational
plan of the MBT Program.
Jacqui has worked for the AGSM for both the full time MBA Program and the MBA
Executive Program, where she was responsible for the on-line
coordination of the GCCM and various other program operations.
Jacqui holds a Diploma in Marketing and prior to working in
the education industry, she developed her skills in sales
& marketing in publishing and wine industries.
After spending a couple of years working in the Australian
Wine Industry, Jacqui developed a passion for wine and enjoys
sharing her knowledge with other wine enthusiasts. |

Bill's major responsibilities
lie in the areas of course development and production of all
study materials.
He is experienced in the design and production of print, audio,
video and web-based learning materials across a range of disciplines,
and has a background in e-Learning projects.
Bill worked for the Dept of Education and Training from 1996
- 2007 holding positions such as: Centre Director, Macquarie
ICT Innovations Centre, Macquarie University, and; Team Manager,
Open Training and Education Network, Learning Materials Production.
Before joining the MBT team in July 2008 he freelanced in
roles for the Indigenous Festivals of Australia, Regional
Conservatoriums of NSW, Sydney Conservatorium of Music, University
of Sydney, and The Arts Unit, NSW Dept of Education and Training.
Music and technology are his passion, and he has a Masters
Degree in Design Science (understanding a wide range of digital
technologies), and a Diploma in Music Education.

Bass Bizri

Andrew Chambers

Bass's responsiblities
at the MBT Program involve IT and web systems development
and maintenance and technical and project support; he is also
responsible for providing Learning Management System (LMS) support to students and
MBT academic staff.
Before joining the MBT team Bass worked at the School of
Mining Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UNSW and has previously
worked at Qantas, Compaq and Foxtel.
Aside from his IT/web administration skills he has a diverse
range of experiences that include sales, photoshop and multimedia
design and technical support helpdesk roles and is trained
in the use of Course Designer and Administration for the Blackboard and Moodle LMS.

Andrew's work focuses on improvements
in the MBT teaching and learning experience, working with
Course Coordinators and Facilitators to ensure best practice
instructional design and distance learning.
His priority is to maximise student learning outcomes through
the design, development, evaluation and revision of MBT teaching
and learning resources and practices. Andrew also plays a
critical role in helping facilitators learn more about teaching
effectively online.
Andrew has a Master of Education; Graduate Certificate in
Online Learning; BA (Psychology); Business Computing National
Certificate in User Support and has been an elearning professional
development consultant at UNSW for the last 7 years.

Suzanne is pivotal in helping us recruit and maintain the brilliant students that make up the MBT cohort.
Suzanne is a fully qualified chef who, previously not only owned her own business but was involved in adult education – teaching cooking with confidence. After twenty years in the kitchen she took the plunge into the world of education, first with Insearch as homestay placement officer for international students.
Previously, Suzanne worked for the AGSM and was mainly involved with the MBA Executive Program, where she was responsible for the on-line coordination of the GCCM and various other program operations.

Gillian's role involves communication with current and prospective students plus all aspects of application, enrolments, class administration and general student support. She also supports the MBT facilitators and networking and marketing events of the program.
Prior to joining the MBT, Gillian has worked in the education sector in the UK for 13 years in a variety of roles involving extensive customer service, administration and team leadership. Gillian's interests include Latin dancing and reading. |

Kanami has previously worked for AGSM as the Global Partnerships Coordinator for the MBA Programs.
Kanami holds a Master of Commerce (HR) and prior to working and studying at UNSW, she worked in Japan teaching English to kids.
Kanami loves to travel and her favourite cities to visit include Mumbai, New York and Singapore. |
